• In-Stock Collections: Dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
• Bespoke / Handmade Crafts: Because our watches and gemstone settings require up to 45 hours of meticulous manual craftsmanship, custom allocations take 7 to 14 business days to forge before shipping.

3. 14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return window from the day your package is signed for. The item must be completely unworn, unaltered, and returned inside its original lacquered wooden display box with all serial-numbered certificates intact.
